When it comes to purchasing a replacement hot tub cover, taking proper measurements is the key to receiving the perfect product. Read through these step by step directions to ensure that you are taking accurate measurements for your new spa cover. I. Deciding What To Measure:
If any of the following apply to you, measure your existing cover:
- Cover must be in decent condition. Natural wear and tear is fine.
- Cover has not warped, become water logged, or changed shape since its purchase.
- You are happy with the way the current cover fits.
If any of the following apply to you, measure your hot tub:
- You have no existing cover.
- Your current cover is warped, has become water logged, or changed shape since its purchase.
- Unhappy with the way your current cover fits.
II. How to Measure:
Round up measurements to nearest half inch or inch. A cover that is 1-2 inches too large will but a cover that is too small will decrease the of the insulation. If your measurements are close to being perfectly square (ie: 78.5” x 78”), it probably is a perfect square.

V. Choosing a Fold/ Hinge:
An “A Fold” cuts the A dimension in half, a “B Fold” cuts the B dimension in half. If you have a cover that is perfectly square, a fold/hinge does not need
Considerations:- Where is the control panel located? It’s most common for covers to fold away from the control panel.
- The longer dimension is usually the one that get folded in half, but this is not always the case.
- Ask yourself: Is there anything obstructing the path of the cover opening and closing that would change the hinge? (ie: fence)

The cover skirt is the that hangs around the edge from the bottom of your cover. Measure the skirt of your spa from the bottom of the cover down. For no skirt, enter zero.

Overall the staff I dealt with were excellent, answered all my questions promptly and were very accommodating. The only negative is that I believe the cover fits too tight as you can see in pics. I was told the radius that could be made was max 12”, whereby I had measured 16.I don’t believe it will affect performance, at least I hope not? As well on the last pic if you look closely on the right side 1/4 of the way up from bottom, there are 2 lines in the fabric which I’m not sure why they are there as the rest of the cover is fine.
I love my new cover, I just installed it, the fabric is different to what I use to get but its very beautiful and extremely light.
On time, fit perfect, and mich lightweight than my last one. Very pleased.

We love the new cover
We replaced a cheap waterlogged cover from the previous homeowner. This new cover fits much better, the upgraded material is lighter than vinyl and stays much cleaner. We also opted for the thicker top, insulated seam, and longer skirt. Very happy with our choice!

It arrived on time. It seems very sturdy, service was great so far no issues with the top.
The fit is perfect but because it is a tri fold I find the fold holds water I think the middle of the fold needs looking at plus the cloth needs I little tighter and the folds need to be wrapped round so no white inner can bee seen
