At Spamigo, we stand behind the quality of our hot tub covers, offering a Comprehensive 10-Year Warranty to ensure your purchase is protected. This warranty provides extensive coverage, allowing you to enjoy your hot tub cover with peace of mind.
Repair/Replacement Cost:
- 1st Year: No Charge – Full coverage with no out-of-pocket expenses.
- 2nd Year: 45% of Purchase Price
- 3rd Year: 55% of Purchase Price
- 4th Year: 80% of Purchase Price
- 5th Year: 90% of Purchase Price
- 6th to 10th Year: 95% of Purchase Price
Spamigo Covers Water Absorption Warranty
We recognize the importance of keeping your hot tub cover free from water absorption. Our covers come with a specialized foam core designed to resist water saturation for a minimum of 12 months.
While some moisture retention due to air movement between foam beads is normal, if the foam core becomes fully saturated within the specified period and no other warranty exclusions apply, Spamigo will replace the affected foam core(s) at no cost.
Important Safety Information
THIS SPA COVER IS NOT A SAFETY COVER. It is not designed to be used as a child safety device. It should not be walked on, stood on, or sat on. The cover is not intended to support excessive weight. Additionally, vinyl spa covers exposed to direct sunlight can become extremely hot and may cause burns. Under no circumstances shall Spamigo be liable for any injury or death to any person, or damage to property caused by the use of this spa cover.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers only the costs of repairing or replacing the spa cover under warranty. If you discover a defect covered by this limited warranty during the warranty period, you must submit a written notice of the defect within fourteen (14) days of discovering the defect. This notice must include a copy of the original purchase receipt for the spa cover, showing the date of purchase. Failure to provide proof of initial purchase will automatically void any warranty claim.
Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty will terminate immediately upon transfer of ownership of the spa cover or hot tub from the initial consumer-purchaser before the expiration date of the warranty period.
Commercial Use Exclusion
This warranty does not cover spa covers installed for commercial purposes. Commercial use refers to any scenario where the spa is used by individuals who are not the original owners and who have made direct or indirect payments for its use. Spamigo does not authorize any other agent or representative to modify or extend this limited warranty. No other warranties, whether implied or expressed, will be recognized by Spamigo.
Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
- Physical Damage: Breakage of the polystyrene core and/or tearing of the vinyl resulting from excessive weight caused by walking, standing, sitting, rain, snow, extreme heat, animals, or other acts of nature.
- Chemical Damage: Damage caused by improper maintenance of the spa water’s chemical balance or the excessive use of chemicals. Critical factors include maintaining proper pH and disinfectant levels.
Warranty Service Process
Spamigo will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defect that falls within the warranty’s coverage. The apportionment of cost responsibility for this warranty is prorated according to the terms outlined above. The repaired or replaced cover will be shipped from our facility no later than thirty (30) days after the defective cover is received.
