Rural Address Shipping – We Reach the Corners
Living in a rural area? No problem! While 96% of our deliveries are covered by free shipping, a small delivery premium may apply to rural addresses. We’re committed to keeping these costs reasonable, ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience, no matter where they are.
Effective October 1st, 2024, these surcharge fees are built-in to our checkout process and will appear prior to you placing the order. Beware of other companies promising free shipping and adding on extra fees later!

Shipping Policy
In-Stock Covers:
Our Premium hot tub covers, whether rounded square or rectangle, are shipped within 5 days, provided we have your size and color in stock. Expect fast, reliable service every time you shop with us.
Classic, Deluxe, and Custom Orders:
For Classic and Deluxe Covers, or any custom cover not currently in stock, please allow a 4 to 6-week lead time for your order to arrive. We craft each cover with precision and care, ensuring it meets your exact specifications.
Delivery Details
Your Spamigo hot tub cover is custom-made and dispatched directly from our factory to your door. You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment, allowing you to track your order's progress. If you do not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder. Our shipping partners will coordinate final delivery arrangements with you, ensuring your cover arrives safely.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order before it enters production, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations once production has commenced. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any concerns as early as possible.
