Order Processing

Custom Covers

  • Each cover is made-to-order; production begins the moment your order is finalized.
  • Production Time: Up to 20 business days for standard custom covers (longer if special requests or follow-up is needed).
  • Rush Production: For $74.99, we’ll expedite your cover’s production to 10 business days (shipping speed remains the same).
  • Once your cover is finished, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Non-Custom, In-Stock Items

  • In-stock items usually ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation.
  • We’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your items ship, including an estimated delivery date.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories, as well as all provinces in Canada.
  • Product availability may vary by location; please confirm your region on our site to avoid any confusion.
  • We’re always looking to expand our reach—check back for the latest updates.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to any order that includes a hot tub cover or exceeds free shipping threshold (before taxes/shipping) in standard delivery zones.
  • Orders under $200 (before taxes/shipping) incur shipping charges displayed at checkout.
  • Some regions considered rural or outside standard delivery areas may have additional delivery fees. If so, the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout—no hidden charges afterward.

Oversized Item Charges

  • Larger hot tub covers may require special carrier partners and incur an additional charge due to their size.
  • If your cover falls into this category, you’ll be notified during the design/checkout process, and the charge will appear on your order summary.

Shipping Partners & Timelines

  • Many custom covers are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers.
    • Tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel carriers.
    • Please provide your phone number at checkout so the carrier can contact you to schedule delivery if needed.
  • Transit Times:
    • Standard Transit Time: Typically 5 to 10 days after leaving our facility.
    • For accurate updates, use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.

Delivered to Your Door

  • Items are delivered to the most accessible area near your residence.
  • Delivery drivers cannot bring packages inside your home or into the backyard.
  • If your order is left in an unexpected place, contact us for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production:
    • You may cancel for a $100 fee as long as production hasn’t started.
  • Once Production Begins:
    • Cancellations are not accepted due to the product’s custom nature.

Return & Damage Policy

Custom Hot Tub Covers

  • All sales are final for custom covers, as each is crafted to your specific measurements and preferences.
  • If your cover arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery:
    • Include photos of any box or cover damage.
    • Show the work order tag (under the warning label on the skirt).
    • We’ll discuss repair, replacement, or refund options as needed.

Non-Custom Products & Accessories

  • Non-custom items (including accessories) can be returned for a full refund (minus return shipping) if:
    1. You initiate the return with Customer Service.
    2. The product is unused and in original packaging.
  • Accessories typically ship from facilities in Toronto, California or Florida, and returns must be shipped back to the nearest warehouse (contact Customer Service for details).
