Our story
Spa-Migo® started in 2004 with a simple frustration. Most replacement hot tub covers fit poorly, sagged within a season, and let expensive heat escape. We thought we could build a better one, so we did.
Today more than 10,000 households across Canada and the United States sit under a Spa-Migo cover. Every one is built to order from your measurements and made from materials chosen to survive sun, snow, and standing water. We are not the biggest name in spa covers, and we are fine with that. We would rather be the cover you recommend to a neighbor.
What goes into every cover
Three things decide whether a cover lasts five winters or twenty. We do not cut corners on any of them.
-
Sheds water and snow
Our AquaTEX™ marine-grade vinyl beads water, resists UV, and wipes clean season after season.
-
Double-stitched seams
Two parallel rows of UV-resistant thread, so seams hold under the weight of rain and snow.
-
A dense tapered core
Closed-cell foam holds heat in and sheds rain and snow off to the sides instead of pooling.
From our floor to your deck
Built by hand
Panels are cut to your measurements, sewn, and finished by hand on the production floor. Hardware is set one piece at a time. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.
Boxed and protected
Each finished cover is folded, wrapped, and boxed in branded packaging built to survive the trip to your door.
Shipped across North America
Covers leave our warehouse by freight to most of Canada and the continental United States. For most addresses, shipping is free.
