We ship across the U.S. and Canada. Availability may vary by region. - Shipping Costs:
Free shipping on covers and qualifying orders. Orders under $200 or in rural areas may see added fees (shown at checkout). - Delivery:
Curbside only; carriers don’t enter homes or backyards. - Cancellations:
$100 fee before production. No cancellations once production starts. - Returns:
Custom covers are final sale. Report damages within 24 hours with photos. Accessories can be returned if unused.
Cover Measuring Guide
- Measure length A and width B.
Measure the outside edge-to-edge dimensions where the cover sits, then round up to the nearest half inch. - Select the matching shape.
Choose rounded square/rectangle, square/rectangle, round or octagon so the builder shows the right guide. - Measure corner radius C when needed.
For rounded corners, measure the radius with a carpenter square. If you are not sure, choose the help option and our team will verify before production. - Confirm skirt length and strap placement.
Measure the skirt drop from the bottom edge of the cover and choose where the locking straps should sit. - No fold or hinge selection is needed.
Rollaway covers are continuous one-piece covers that roll on and off instead of folding in the middle.
