Comprehensive 10-Year Warranty
At Spa-Migo, we are dedicated to the quality and durability of our hot tub covers. To give you peace of mind, we offer a Comprehensive 10-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Repair/Replacement Cost Schedule
- 1st Year: No Charge (100% coverage)
- 2nd Year: 45% of Purchase Price
- 3rd Year: 55% of Purchase Price
- 4th Year: 80% of Purchase Price
- 5th Year: 90% of Purchase Price
- 6thβ10th Year: 95% of Purchase Price
Note: The percentages represent the customerβs share of the purchase price for a replacement cover during that specific year, not including shipping (unless otherwise stated). Shipping is at the charge of the client.
Water Absorption Warranty
Our covers feature a specialized foam core designed to resist water saturation for at least 12 months under normal conditions. Some slight moisture retention (between foam beads) is normal. However, if the foam core becomes fully saturated within the first 12 monthsβand no other warranty exclusions applyβSpamigo will replace the affected foam core(s) at no cost.
Important Safety Information
- NOT A SAFETY COVER: This hot tub cover is not designed to prevent children or pets from entering the spa.
- Do Not Walk, Stand, or Sit: The cover is not intended to support excessive weight; doing so may lead to damage or personal injury.
- Heat Warning: Vinyl surfaces can become extremely hot if exposed to direct sunlight. Handle with caution to avoid burns.
- Limited Liability: Spamigo is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of this cover in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential usage. If a defect is discovered during the warranty period:
- Notify Spamigo in Writing: Provide written notice within 14 days of discovering the defect, including a copy of your original purchase receipt.
- Evaluation & Inspection: Spamigo will evaluate and, if deemed necessary, inspect the cover to confirm the defect qualifies for warranty coverage.
- Repair or Replacement: If the defect is covered, Spamigo will either repair or replace the cover, subject to the pro-rated schedule above.
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid only to the original purchaser.
- Warranty coverage terminates immediately if the cover changes ownership.
- Covers used in commercial settings (e.g., rentals, gyms, hotels, short-term rentals) are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Physical Damage
- Foam breakage or vinyl tearing caused by excessive weight (walking, standing, sitting), weather events (snow load, rain pooling, strong winds), or acts of nature.
- Rips, punctures, or scuffs from animals, vandalism, or improper storage (e.g., dragging or leaning against sharp objects).
2. Chemical Damage
- Damage from improper chemical balance, excessive chlorine, or failure to maintain appropriate pH/disinfectant levels in the spa.
- Melted foam or vinyl caused by chemical misuse.
3. Ordinary Wear & Tear
- Fading of vinyl or threading from exposure to sun/chemicals over time.
- Seam splitting or delamination from rough or improper handling.
- Water pooling on top of the cover due to incorrect installation or support.
4. Alterations & Modifications
- Any repair or modification to the cover by someone not authorized by Spamigo.
- Damage caused by cover lifters that pierce or puncture the vapor barrier or outer material.
5. Missing / Defaced Label
- Removing or damaging the production tag/label automatically voids the warranty.
6. Shipping Costs After First Year
- If a replacement or repair is needed after the first year, the customer is generally responsible for shipping to and from our facility, unless Spamigo agrees otherwise in writing.
Warranty Service Process
- Initiate Claim: Email info@spamigo.com with a detailed description of the issue, photos of the damage or defect, and your original receipt.
- Cover Return (If Requested): We may request that you ship the cover to our facility for inspection.

Repair/Replacement Decision:
- If the claim is valid, Spamigo will repair or replace the cover according to the pro-rated terms.
- Please allow up to 30 days for processing and return shipping once we receive the defective cover.
