Good ordering process. They had my hot tub model available , so no measurements required. Did some upgrades to the lid. So pricey but considerable better quality than the original and it's replacement. Hope it last for years.

Overall the staff I dealt with were excellent, answered all my questions promptly and were very accommodating. The only negative is that I believe the cover fits too tight as you can see in pics. I was told the radius that could be made was max 12”, whereby I had measured 16.I don’t believe it will affect performance, at least I hope not? As well on the last pic if you look closely on the right side 1/4 of the way up from bottom, there are 2 lines in the fabric which I’m not sure why they are there as the rest of the cover is fine.
I love my new cover, I just installed it, the fabric is different to what I use to get but its very beautiful and extremely light.
On time, fit perfect, and mich lightweight than my last one. Very pleased.

I shared this yesterday. Not sure why it’s asking again. But I love my hot tub cover. I thought I ordered a 7 inch Skirt because this one is short. But I looked by and saw I ordered a 6 inch Skirt. Not sure why I did that, but I did. Thanks.
The cover is great except for 2 things. I obviously measured wrong and should have ordered a 7 inch skirt. And you should give more options on where the locks and straps are located. They ended up on the seam of the frame so I had to put them on side ways. Other that that, it is great. tomj
Extremely pleased with my spa cover. I wish I had purchased the longer skirt but it is well made and doing so much better than the one that came with my tub. I would recommend Spa-Migo to anyone needing a hot tub cover.
Overall, I’m happy with the Spa-Migo cover. Seems to be of high quality construction and made with good components. If you’re thinking about buying one, I have two recommendations. First, measure the skirt on your existing cover and add one inch to it when you order. I ordered the skirt at the same length as my prior cover but the Spa-Migo skirt doesn’t come down far enough to cover the spa edge (see picture). Second, pay attention to where the cover straps are located on your existing cover and make sure that they’re in the same location when you order the Spa-Migo cover. I failed here and so one of the straps falls right on top of my spa logo plate and cannot be attached (see picture). I’m now working on a remedy which will extend the strap to below the logo plate. Ugh!! Lastly, plan for multiple weeks to get your cover after ordering. The cover production only takes a couple weeks but the shipping companies they use appear to be the lowest cost providers. The company delivering mine took three weeks to get it to me because they would not deliver until they had a full truck coming to my area. They provided a delivery notification link that just kept pushing the delivery date out. I contacted Spa-Migo and they told me once the cover is in the hands of the shipper, it’s not their problem. The shipper was honest with me and said they would get it to me once they had enough freight coming in my direction. Just be prepared!
I had a fantastic experience ordering a custom hot tub cover from Spa Mego. From start to finish, their attention to detail and customer service were excellent. My hot tub is a little unusual because the corners aren't standard rounded corners—they have a cut-off shape—so I wanted to make absolutely sure the custom cover would fit properly. Spa Mego took the time to verify all of my measurements with me and even had me send pictures so they could double-check everything before making the cover. That extra attention really paid off. When the cover arrived, the fit was absolutely perfect. They were also extremely responsive throughout the process and answered every question I had. Ordering something custom like this can be a little nerve-racking because you want to know the measurements are exactly right before it's manufactured, but they made the entire process easy and gave me confidence that everything was being done correctly. I'm extremely happy with both the cover and the service I received. I would absolutely recommend Spa Mego to anyone looking for a quality custom-made hot tub cover, especially if you have an unusual spa shape or dimensions. Excellent product and outstanding customer service!

Great cover
Parfait, très léger, fit très bien. Beaucoup mieux qu’un modèle avec le vinyle. J’ai sélectionné le tissu et une isolation plus épaisse. Même mes amis qui ont des spas m’ont demandé où je l’avais pris. Je devrais recevoir des ristournes… :) - très satisfait. Il a presqu’un an et semble neuf. Espérons qu’il dure longtemps!

Make it correctly
It’s impossible to build a hot tub cover , with skirts , that are the same dimension as the hot tub . There is no room for the skirts to fit over the edge .

We love the new cover
We replaced a cheap waterlogged cover from the previous homeowner. This new cover fits much better, the upgraded material is lighter than vinyl and stays much cleaner. We also opted for the thicker top, insulated seam, and longer skirt. Very happy with our choice!
Perfect fit; easy to roll, perfect for me
I like it, quality seems good, but just a bit disappointed that the straps don’t line up. Not sure where I went wrong or what I missed in the ordering process.
